Inspection Reports

Have you ever wondered if your current hood cleaner is cleaning your entire hood exhaust system?  What about the areas that you cannot see?  One way to ensure that your cleaner is doing the right thing (usually in the middle of the night when everyone is gone) is to have a professional inspect the entire system.

Just remember that the canopy in the kitchen is just the tip of the iceberg, and there is a lot more to your hood exhaust system that you cannot see.  In the hood cleaning industry is the phrase “Clean only what can be seen.”  Is your cleaner opening up access panels in the ductwork?  Are they getting up on the roof and pulling back your upblast blower(s) and cleaning the blades and the ductwork?

We’ve provided inspection reports (complete with detailed photos) to restaurant owners and mangers who found out that their hood cleaner was taking short cuts in the cleaning process on a regular basis.  Without our inspection report the owner would have never known about it until a grease fire takes place.
